No. JilliSpin only allows one account per person. Creating multiple accounts is a violation of our Terms and Conditions and may result in all accounts being permanently suspended and balances forfeited. If you've lost access to your account, contact our support team instead of creating a new one.

Withdrawals

Go to Cashier > Withdraw, choose your preferred method (GCash, Maya, bank transfer), enter the amount, and confirm. Make sure your account is fully verified before requesting a withdrawal — unverified accounts cannot process payouts.

GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically processed within 24 hours of approval. Bank transfers to BDO, BPI, or UnionBank via PESONet usually take 1–3 banking days. Processing times may be slightly longer on weekends and Philippine public holidays.
Minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Maximum daily withdrawal limits depend on your account tier.

Common reasons include: pending KYC verification, active bonus wagering requirements not yet met, missing banking details, or a routine security review on large withdrawals. If your request has been pending for more than 3 business days, contact support with your withdrawal reference number.

For security and anti-money-laundering compliance, JilliSpin generally requires withdrawals to be processed back to the same payment method used for the deposit. If your deposit method doesn't support withdrawals, contact support for assistance and additional verification may be required.
